Alternator wiring
Alternator wiring
My question pertains to a 91 TPI.
For my alternator, on the connector I have I have a red wire (thick) coming to the "S" terminal and a thin brown wire going to "F".
There is no wire going to "L" but the book says that's for your light and the harness has no wires to go to the battery post.
Is this normal or is something missing? (Needs to be jumped?)

Re: Alternator wiring
Thing is on the harness, there is no evidence there was ever a wire there. There is nothing in the pin and the rubber has not been punctured previously.
It's definetely only a two pin harness.
