HELP!

Okay so the other day i got long tube headers on the car it was on ramps, we rolled it off the ramps but it wont start we don't know what it could be.
It was sitting for almost a month and a half, the first day of the job i forgot to disconnect the battery so when i was working on getting the spark plug out i hit the starter and sparks flew.

Can you be a bit more descriptive?

Does the engine crank over? Turn the key and nothing? Do any of the accessories work (like the radio, power windows, etc.)?

Re: HELP!

"And sparks flew"

Fusible links to the starter...or you've accidentally broken/disconnected one of the starter wires.

But based on your initial post, I'm betting fried fusible link.

If all this is still happening, I doubt it's a fusible link (I said "doubt").

First thing is you need to get to a point where the engine will crank over and not just grunt and quit. THEN you can start really digging.

The battery was sitting for ~45 days. Not really enough time for a battery to discharge on its own, but you never know. You must have a fully charged battery that will provide enough current to run the starter and turn over the engine. Charge the battery and have it load tested.
