Im in the process of putting my 92 gta back together. I bought the car completely stripped. I have a few pictures of some connectors that im not sure what they are for. The dash harness is from a 90 or 91 - it has air bags.
These are the connectors, they come out of the dash harness near the center console. There is some splicing so im not sure if they are thirdgen connectors. Thanks.
I read somewhere here that on the airbag equipped cars , all the airbag connectors were yellow . So although I have no clue what all the others are , I'm pretty confident that the yellow one somehow involves the airbag .
Hatch release. Fog lights. Rear Defrost. The gray and black wires with the red thing on the end, is the ash tray light, just drops in the hole in the bottom of the accessory switch panel and give it a 1/4 turn. The yellow plug could be to the sensor at the front of the trans tunnel... Or it could be the one for the airbag coil...
