BAT taps in fuse block supplied from...?

I've taken power from the taps in the fuse block labelled BAT. What supplies these taps or more specifically, is there a fuse for them? Nothing I've tested rings out. Is it a fusible link ?(I hope not).
Thanks in advance. Somewhere stashed in my documents is a wiring diagram but I can't find it at the moment.

Looks like they are fed via the 20A ACC fuse. To prove it pull the fuse and see if the battery power goes away.

Having removed and replaced that fuse with no results prompted me to ask here.
Having re-replaced that fuse, all is well.
Thanks.
