Gauge Cluster question

Last month, my dash began smoking, leading to an immediate removal of my gauge cluster. I immediately discovered what the pictures show. Apparently that circuit board is fried along with that gray wire ribbon. Nobody can find me a replacement circuit board.

I do not want a new "Used" cluster of someone's that has 150,000 on it, which has been the feedback I have been receiving from several nationwide speedometer repair shops.

My question is, who has experienced a similar issue? Can that circuit board be transplanted out with a known-working board (of previously mentioned 150k board) or is my cluster done?

Re: Gauge Cluster question

what does the age or mileage of the circuit board matter?

Re: Gauge Cluster question

The mileage of the odometer matters, not the mileage of circuit board. As long as it works
