FiTech igntion control question

I have a FiTech system on a 350 running with it running timing control. There is a 2-pin connector from the FiTech that connects to the magnetic pickup distributor. It ran for 1 hour and then died with no spark. I tested the entire ignition system per MSD and it all functions. I test the MSD box and on the magnetic connector, I have 5v and ground. When I test it at the FiTech, it only has 2.4v on one side and 1.2v on the other side with the distributor unplugged. Im thinking the FiTech is fried, but FiTech's tech support is horrible. What should the magnetic pickup wires read going to the distributor?
