Just paid $366 to get my 89 s10 pickup with 2.5 engine inspected. The truck has a NEW gas tank hanger assembly and fuel pump. On Thursday the engine died and won't fire back up. When I turn the key to the on position I hear the fuel pump prime the engine but it refuses to start. When I dump fuel into throttle body it fires right up and then dies after fuel is gone. Isn't there a way to turn pump on another way? Like rig it?
