TURN ON BRIGHTS AND HEADLIGHTS GO OFF??
OCCASIONALLY WHEN DRIVING MY 91 RS CAMARO AT NIGHT, WHEN I GO TO USE THE BRIGHTS, ALL THE LIGHTS GO OUT? MUST BE SOMETHING SIMPLE BUT WHAT? THANK YOU

Probably the circuit breaker in the switch or a ground. If you wait awhile sometimes they will start to flash on and off if its the breaker. Another possibilty is the hi/lo switch failing. You'll have to troubleshoot it.
