Digital Dash Odometer Chips

Anyone here know how to change the mileage on a digital dash odmeter. My factory one doesn't work and I found a replacement digital dash, but the miles are different. If someone knows how to do it I can pay to get it done.

Been trying to get into contact with him for few weeks now. Seems he no longer logs here. I was going to make my own chips but the guy who made the reader graduated from MIT and now works a real job and no longer makes them
