What is this?
I have an 88 iroc 350 tpi, I’m in the process of restoring it. I found this behind the drivers side kicker panel. Does anyone know what this is for?

...if I remember correctly, it has to be mounted properly to be grounded. Ask me how long it took me to figure THAT out!!!
