Can anyone tell me where this bolts? Or send a picture.

Looks like it goes on the water pump for air pump to mount on.

Zackly: the 2 bolts at the one end go to the water pump, the 1 at the other end go to the alternator stud that screws into the head. The one with the welded nut is for the AIR pump belt adjuster bolt. We're looking at the back side of it, that faces the engine; the top of it is across the right side of it in the pic.
