1985 camaro z28 accessories
I have a 1985 camaro z28 and none of the accessories are working (windows, locks, hvac, radio) and the tail lights. Is there some sort of bcm or relay that controls the body because I thought it would be a problem with the fuse block and I pulled it and it’s was fine and no wires were nicked or cut. If you guys have any idea please let me know I’ve been stuck with this problem for a couple months now and I can’t figure it out

No relay.
More likely, a fusible link down at the starter. There are 2: each one powers about half of the car.

No I don't have pictures of them.
They are both "rust" color; kind of a cross between tan and orange. They protect the Big Red Wires, which are 12 gauge, and red (duh). The Big Reds are what supply power to everything in the car, by connecting to the battery, by way of the batt cable at the point that it connects to the starter solenoid; the fusible links are a method of overload protection for them, that is vastly more reliable and intermittent-resistant than fuses, although not completely failure proof. They are at the starter. Very eeeeeezy to find.

Once upon a time; some of the many things that we take for granted everyday, did not yet exist...
Automotive ATO/ ATC (Blade) Fuses had just arrived to supplant Cylindrical Glass Fuses.
The maximum Ampacity Rating of Automotive Fuses was 30A to 40A.
Any higher demands would require the use of Fusible-Links.
Maxi, J-Case, Mini-ANL, Mega, and ANL Fuses were not invented yet.
