Camaro will lose power after starting with electronics on

Hey guys. My '89 IROC-Z has an electrical issue. I have the factory alternator/generator with 100 AMPS. After starting the Camaro with nothing electrical on (off-load), there are no issues. However, once turning on my radiator fans and anything electrical (on-load) the Camaro has a hard time running then dies after about one minute of electronics turned on, like it struggling to generate power for this electronics. Says on the battery gauge that it is reading about 13 volts. I checked voltage from battery both engine on and off and is consistent showing 12.6 off, 12.2 on. A battery charger that has the function to check alternator, says during off load it was good but once I turned on electronics, it gave a flashing triangle shape which means "bad".

Do you think it is just the alternator causing this or another reason? Let me know your thoughts.

EDIT: Some spaces inside my fuse box does NOT work. I used a multimeter and seen only some of the fuse spaces has power. If this helps, let me know. I could use some help with that as well. I need all power to the fuses.

I would say yes, most likely a alternator issue. You should read about 14vdc when running. 12.6 vdc engine off and charger disconnected. Sometimes a bad battery can eventually create a failed alternator. If that battery is over 5 years old, i would recommend replacing that as well. If you have an electrical meter, verify volts DC right off the alternator stud. If it's 14vdc there but not at the battery you might have a fuse link issue. But most likely alternator.

Also check the basics, belt look good? Etc. Good luck!
