Headlight Motor Difference

Merry Christmas!

I finally sourced a red '84 Trans Am as a parts car for the body work but I was wondering if someone could help clarify if the headlights were compatible since mine is completely fried.

Original assembly:

Parts car assembly:

The original has a simple 3-pin female connector while the parts car has a (relay?) box that then feeds into a single-pin female and a separate 2-pin female connector.

My car has the relay further back before the 3-pin, so am I good to just match and splice the wires from the parts car motor to the 3-pin I already have?

Sorry if its a redundant question, thanks and Merry Christmas!

Re: Headlight Motor Difference

It was redundant, relay was in the fender and I just had to splice the matching wires, pop-up headlights are back
