Short under dash

Trying to trace out a short i have in my 1991 formula. Did a lq4 swap a while back, was running well, then started blowing fuses to the coils. So i started trying to trace out wires, and found that my pink switched hot at the C100 C220 bulkhead is grounded all the time on the car side. Could that be a failed key switch or starter switch under the dash? And whats the starter switch module even look like. I really don't want to rip the whole dash apart if i do t have to to try to trace that one wire out.

Re: Short under dash

There’s a stater relay in the left kick panel, not sure about any starter module unless you’re talking about the vats module under the dash. The cars a formula but what engine and transmission came in it, I can look up the wire diagram at work tomorrow.

Car was originally a TPI 305 with a T-5 manual. A diagram would be great, thank you

Re: Short under dash

The c100 has two pink wires coming out, which cavity is it?
search c100 connector to find the threat on here with the picture and pinout.
