Alternator Causing Battery Draw
Hello, I have a 1987 IROC with a BluePrint Engines 350 SBC, and it has the Holly Sniper 2 on it. I'm experiencing a battery drain that disappears when I unplug the main alternator plug. How can I fix this issue? I don't want to have to unplug the alternator every time I stop the car. I should also mention that this alternator is only two weeks old.

It's defective. Take it back and get a new one from whoever you got it from.
