A/C and Blower harness

I am going to be using the Vintage Air setup that has a stand along harness, would I be able to completely remove this harness in the picture? I am thinking that this line is only for the blower and A/c. The new unit with have its own blower under the dash.

Re: A/C and Blower harness

Yes. That is a completely stand-alone harness for the HVAC system; it's made that way so that either an AC or non-AC system can be installed as required, into any car as it rolls down the production line.
