Help Me Wire A Kill Switch

Hey guys.
I want to wire in a kill switch. I am thinking maybe to the coil, but not sure what is best.
I already have the switch in, i just need to figure out what to put it to.
What has worked for you?

On my vette i have a kill switch wired right up to my ecm. The switch i use is a relay, but instead what activates it is a magnet you manually stick to it. Its hidden, but I can feel it and just slide the magnet into it and voila the car will now start. I made it so the magnet slides in so it'll stay there. Before i had the magnet just attach itself with its own magnetic force (not much) and had my car dies a few times on some rough roads.

Somebody on here did that once with a Reed switch. It's a good idea.

You could do it with a magnetic switch that activates a relay. They relay also feeds the energizing circuit while the key is on. Then if you key off, you need to use the magnet again, but it doesn't have to remain there.

Eh I wire my kill switch to through the injector circuit, since it controlls the fuel pump, coil, etc... nearly all car accessories too like power seats and windows. if that thing cant get power, nothing can. if you need more info, email me ill tlel ya how i did it.

There's a couple reasons I don't like cutting just the ignition for a kill switch: if someone did try to steal it, they'd probably wear the starter out turning it over. And the other reason is that floods the motor. I like to cut all three: starter, fuel, and ignition.
