First of all, unless 91 is different than an 88, it has only 1 fuse. I am pretty sure. Did you check to see if the harnesses were connected? If those are, you might want to check your switch that raises the doors as well as turns on teh lights. Something could have gone bad with that. I don't know if they go bad or not. maybe hook up a voltmeter to it and see if your getting any flow throught the switch by trying different possibilities of the connectors. The bottom wire(white) should be the one supplying power to the motors. I added a cut-out switch to my motors so I could leave them up when it is icy, or else when I'm washing the car. So if you check that wire to see if your getting any power through that, it will probably tell you if they are getting any power or not. If they are getting power and are just spinning, then I have another reason why they are not going up. But I am guessing that it is in the electrical though.

This is a popular post. Search the boards for the topic. It could be fuses, wiring, modulators, or the headlight motors themselves. There is a tech article on rebuilding the headlights. The last resort after checking all the electrical wiring. Good Luck!!
