Fuel Pump Diagnosis

I'm trying to determine if the fuel pump is out in my '87 IROC. I tested the relay and fuse and both were ok. However, when probing terminal G with a test light, I don't get power when I turn the key. (not even the two seconds). I also powered 12v to the terminal to engage the pump, but got nothing. Any ideas?

Sounds like a bad pump.Try giving 12volts to the gray wire behind the back seat that goes through the wall into the tank.(If I remember right it is gray). That should turn the pump on if it is still good.
