Turbo Kit

Here are some pics of my kit out of the car...along with the exhaust I made.... This kit is suitable for all smallblock chevies and will support approx. 650 flywheel horsepower. If someone with a 305 is interested I have EVERYTHING....from larger fuel injectors and a chip burnt for boost with larger injectors and a holley adjustable FPR to go with it

out of the car

in the car

I am only selling this because I decided to go to a Twin Turbo setup on the 383 that I am building now with pwergoals to start at 600rwhp. All pictured but the MAF sensor and the O2 sensor are included. Parts included are

BBSdesigns single Race turbo header

A T-61 turbo with 2,000 miles on new bearings and balance.

A turbontetics wastegate with a 5-7psi spring and a 9-13psi spring

All hot piping, aka. turbo header, drivers side header, 2.5" crossover pipe, 3" down pipe, and the custom 3" exhaust w/cutout I made to connect the downpipe to any catback system on a 82-92 Fbody. Also included are all the Band clamps and V-band clamps needed.

charge pipes w/reinforced silicone couplers- from the dischage of the turbo to the throttle body of a TPI. Also comes with a pipe for speed density setups.

A Blitz DD supersound blow off valve.

New copper exhaust gaskets.

Also, available to the purchaser. A custom chip burn't for boost on a 305 TPI, 24# injectors, Holley adjustable Fuel Pressure regulator and a Snow Performance Alcohol injection kit . This would be everything needed to turbo a 305 TPI except fo oil feed and drain lines...Which a local company to me sells an oil kit for $59.95.

If buyer is in a 50 mile radius from Troy, Ohio I would be more than happy to help with the install.

This is listed on Ebay, but for TGO members and another local Fbody board I am including my Snow performance Alcohol injection kit and adjustable FPR with the sale
If you dont need the chip I'd rather donate it to someone on the boards turboing a 305TPI

$1600 plus shipping...which I estimate being around $150 due to weight and size.

If I left anything else out I will update it....

I also have A practically brand new Flowmaster American Thunder full 3" exhaust system..I always ran thru my cutout....I want $200 for it but I would prefer not to ship it due to the expense.

Any chance you want to trade for a Moser 12-bolt with 3.73s in it for your turbo setup + some cash? Setup for a 4th gen, so you'd need to go with new wheels (unless you want the tires to stick out in the back about an inch and a half from where they are now).

awww, well can you at least snap some pics of the turbo header? was it from a kit or did you have them made/make them yourself?
