Selling my 700r4 out of my '87 t/a. Trans was rebuilt about 3k miles ago. Spent $1200 on the rebuild including a dyno run. Swapped it out for a 5-speed setup. Trans has no converter, deep chrome pan and kevlar internals. Trans comes with crossmember if desired and also auto shifter if needed. Trans has a rare slip going into 2nd. This is a great trans if someone knows how to go through them. All it needs is a converter and a knowledgeable trans tech to go through it. It has the best internals installed a new front pump also. I think that $500 is a good deal on this. I will keep it if there is no interest and stick it in my pro touring camaro...I just need the cash at the moment to help pay for a BBC rebuild this winter. I also have an '87 TH400 that came out of a Suburban. Should be gone through. It was in a truck so it has the yoke bolted to the output shaft. $200.
