These are #325 Springs from a Spohn Coil Over set up. I went with a much softer spring on my car so dont need these. Great for someone who wants to play with there spring rates. Easy to swap, just trace your upper strut mounts, remove them and the spring pulls right out. Drop the new spring in and retighten the upper strut mount lining it up with your traced outline. Took me 20 minutes to swap them out. $50 shipped
