race intake

i have a brand new edelbrock tm-1 (tarantula) single plane aluminum intake manifold. 3000 to 7500rpms. squarebore, its painted plum crazy purple with the raised letters painted white. the bottom is painted with dark red epoxy. port mating surfaces are clean, so it carb mating surface. has egr crossover ports, but no provision for an egr valve on top of intake. im looking for $150.00 but offers will be accepted. thanks -matt

i found a picture of one.. mine is brand new.. i purchased it in the box last year from a racing swap meet in colorado springs, at their speedway. i had plans of putting it on my 355, so i painted it. well i went in another direction so i dont need the intake. i paid $175 for it.. (note=this is not my intake, just a reference picture)

I installed single plane intake on my engine and it made quite a bit of difference. Very noticable. I always keep in mind that Tuned port injection is single plane.

what was the intake you used? i heard that this one isnt good for an engine that wont be turning more than 5500rpms.. its rated from 3000 to 7500 or somthing like that..
