how much milage does it have on it? could this cam pass emmission "sniffer test with no air"?

cam has about 2,500 miles on it, looks like new. I've heard of this cam passing the sniffer in CA, so if the tune is there, it's possible!

I'd trade a comp-306 that has under 1k on it for a 276HR.
My 306 passed the sniffer too, but its a bit more aggressive than I want in the vette.
