Posi 3.23 rear diff. worth anything?

Car: '87 Trans-Am
Engine: LB9 (305 TPI)
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 3.42 or 3.73..figuring it out still
Posi 3.23 rear diff. worth anything?
I am just wondering what this rear end is worth on average. Is it a decent ratio that people are generally after or that is sought after or one of the crap series no one wants. It is a disc brake axle also if that helps.
