The video is a little older now. I ended up running the old springs, and used them for another 2,000miles. They look exactly the same, and still fit the exact same. I didnt change anything in the valvetrain, these were used on a summit 1105 flat tappet cam, and 90seat/280open lb springs.

BTW if your wondering if these will do anything on a stock motor, ive installed 3 sets now on elsewise stock thirdgen 305's that picked up 3-4tenths, and 2-3MPH, ranging from mid 14's to upper 15's. These WILL fit under stock center bolt valvecovers.

Depending on how soon these are sold, i might buy a new set of polly locks for the deal as my new set did not come with any.
