F/S or TRADE: 4th gen f-body posi rear axle, 3 1/2" mufflex catback
I'm looking to get rid of the 4th gen rearend thats under my 91 Z28. It's 93-97 style with disc brakes, 3.23 posi. It will come complete caliper to caliper....asking $350 obo or will TRADE for a 3rd gen f-body rearend with disc or drum, and 3.73 or 4.10 posi.
Also up for sale from the same car, 3 1/2" mufflex cat back. It's the single out style with a flowmaster muffler. Asking $300 obo or would trade for a set of rear drag stars that'll fit a 3rd gen f-body....
I'm located in Wichita, KS. I would prefer a local deal if possible to avoid shipping these large items, but I would be willing to ship if the deal is right.....

The main reason for ditching the 4th gen rear is so I can run a cheaper and easier to find drag racing wheel on this car instead of having to hunt for high offset wheels...and I honestly hoping to score a drum brake 3rd gen rear with 3.73s or 4.10s already in it....

No I was plenty happy with it. I had 17" ZO6 wheels on my 91, but I've decided to go for 1/4 mile et's with my 91. Especially since my '96 has 18x10.5 ZO6's on it now.
