383 and 400 ci

Selling both engines.

One is a stock 400 not bored has flat top pistons all other parts are stock other then pistons and cam rated at 465/488 lift . Make an offer. This engine was running 13 flat in my Z. Have time slip to show for it.

The 383 is 350 block 30 over TRW forged flat top pistons, 400 crank. The heads are GM phase 6 full race heads 2.05 ex and 1.60 in heads rated for 650 lift. Heads costed $759 each bare and these are complete and in great shape. The engine has Lunati Solid Roller Tappet Camshaft - Mechanical Roller Tappet - Advertised Duration 294 - 300 - Lift .597 - .600. Don't recall who made the crank or rods but if you need I will go get the part #'s. The engine is in pieces and will need put back to gether. The roller lifters are missing and the rockers are missing. This motor was set up for Nos. Will need bearings, oil pump, gaskets but all the good costly parts are their. Make a reasonable offer.

Also have Vortech Supercharger kit listed on another post.

The engine should be around 450HP to 500HP based on the create engines Summit offers. The engine has never been dynoed.

Around $2000, The heads alone are worth more then that to build them again.
