I have a 400 sbc bored .030 to make a 406. The block was bored and honed with torque plates for moly rings. It was squared and decked and has new cam bearings installed. The oil returns were opened up and smoothed. All work done by a performance shop. This block is ready to be built. I have well over $600 into this block.
