Notchback Brackets WTB

I apologize, I know this is in the wrong section, but this seems to be the most viewed area, so if you or know a friend... (I've been posting in interior for 2 years+)

I have a GM OEM 88 Notchback. I need the brackets that mount to the body.
These attach to the stock body mount and lower the arm a couple inches to clear the notchback...

So your saying without this bracket, you cant use Hatch Struts on the Notchback? I just bought a Notchback parts car, and want to use the Hatch on my 86'. The Hatch didn't have any struts, and Id like to use some but from what you said Im guessing I cant unless I have this bracket.

Re: Notchback Brackets WTB

Alright, well did factory Notchbacks have hatch struts from the factory? If so I dont see why I dont have those brackets. What if it possibly wasn't a factory notchback hatch, would I still have a problem using hatch struts?

Re: Notchback Brackets WTB

Most aftermarket nothcbacks don't require these brackets... the GM OEM ones do...
