i have a set of good vortec 305 heads, casting number '520 these do not have swirl ports as far as i can see, they have 1.884/1.5 valves, these would be a good performance upgrade for any 305, from what i was told here a little while back , they are about a 20-25hp increase from tpi heads, i dont know exactly, i am pretty sure that with a little bit of porting you may be able to hit 300hp pretty easily...
pm me with any questions, i also have the complete 305 engine, its from a 97 truck, had a spun rod bearing, needs to have rod journals ground down, maybe mains...
i would like 80 for the heads plus shipping,
if you want any parts (pretty much rods, crank or block...) let me know...
or if you want the whole thing, 150 takes it, but youd have to come pick it up, i can ship the heads and other parts...
