i have a th350 short tail with the torque arm adapter on it. this bracket allows you to use a th350 in a third or fourth gen and your stock torque arm bolts right up. the bracket sail new for like $120 and the tranny is suposed to be built but im not sure i know the case is in good shape and the seals look new. So lets see if $200 is a good price that would be buying the bracket and getting the tranny for $80 bucks if its good you got a hell of a deal and if it needs rebuilt you still got a good deal..
