87 Iroc-Z part out
I will be home in 2 1/2 weeks and will begin the tear down of my Z to get it ready for the LS1 and t-56 swap. Everything I dont need for the swap will be for sale.
The previous owner swapped in a crate 350 which currently has roughly 75,xxx miles on it. I believe it is a L98 though I'm not 100% sure. Doesnt smoke and runs great. Would like to sell it as a whole but willing to piece out. No performace add on's. All stock TPI. Just make me offers.
Stock 700R4 Transmission. Has B&M trans pan with the drain plug for easy fluid changed. This I believe is original and hasn't been rebuilt. If I were to guess, over 100,000 miles on it. I do not know the exact miles on the car since the odometer was changed when the motor was put in. Shifts great. I never had any problems with it.
Small parts I will ship but other wise pick up will be required. Just shoot me some offers and I will get back to you. Soon as I get home I will put some pictures up. Any requests for pictures just let me know.

Hey I don't know exactly what parts you're going to have that I can use for my v6-v8 swap but let me know, I'm in Marshfield and have 0 parts for the swap so far. I could swing by any time

Alright. You can use the whole motor if you wanted to. Just do some research to what you need and its all yours.

Re: 87 Iroc-Z part out
Well, figure I'd try this again. I'm due home state side at the end of next month. Will continue working on my build. Since last time, the entire interior is stripped and I have the entire front end out (suspension, steering, engine) and the transmission. EVERYTHING is for sale. It was all in good running order before it was pulled.
Engine I would like to sell as a whole but will part out if I have to. The intake is damaged from the pull (long story). Few runners got crushed. Everything else is fine.
Tranny was running solid with no hicups or problems. Just need to seperate it from the engine.
As I stated before, swapping to a LS1 and T-56. Everything on the car will be brand new so basically, everything is for sale or trade. I figure I'd give a heads up now and shortly again before I get home to spark interest.

Re: 87 Iroc-Z part out
I haven't looked around to much really. Been looking at Hawks for most things. When all is said and done, I think I'll have minimum, 10-15k into my car. Moneys no issue really. I hope to be done in less than 2 years.
Your number 1 for the motor. I might have some pictures on my computer I'll try to get up.

Fuel lines in the front or back? From the lines to the fuel rails or from the tank?

Been awhile since I've posted. I'm home now and continuing on my restore. All parts are for sale as I've stated. Engine and tranny are out and apart. Anyone needs anything let me know. Here's a few pics of the engine and tranny.
