Engine is currently in my 87 Firebird. Hear it run before purchase. Came from '95 Trans Am. Aluminum heads, 5.7L. Runs great, starts easily, idles smooth. Doesn't use any oil. This is not a "the-guy-I-got-it-from-said-it-ran-fine-5-years-ago" mystery motor.

Looks like you got headers on there, what are they? Are they for sale?

 

That stuff will be phase 2. I want to keep it running for an engine buyer.

Headers are SLP 4-1 Stainless 1.75" ceramic coated with 3" Y-pipe, high-flow cat, 3" Edelbrock RPM Cat Back. No AIR tubes on the headers, but does have EGR port. $550 +shipping after the engine sells if a package deal isn't put together.

 

Is this out of the evoluzine body kit car? If so how much for it as a roller? Please pm me with more details as I would be interested in the roller if it was the right price.

Yes, they are third gen. The headers have an O2 bung added to the passenger side for the fourth gen PCM, but it just needs a plug screwed into it.

No, that will be sold separately. A T56 conversion seems to be worth more than the engine, but I need it in to keep the motor running for now.
