I have a chrome 100 amp alternator that is a 10 SI unit with v-belt pulley. I had it checked out and it works fine, this would be great for a car not wanting to run alot of heavy electrical equipment since at idle would not keep up as well as it should. I had this on my car and with the dual electic fans and other equipment was border line in keeping up at idle in my car but is still a good alternator. 65.00 shipped is a more than a fair price for this unit.
