Harland Sharp 1.6:1 Full Roller Rockers
Hey All,
I've taken a change in direction with my build, so I won't be needing these anymore. Here's the rundown:
Harland Sharp Full Roller Rockers
-1.6:1 Ratio
-3/8" Stud
-Non-Self Aligning
http://www.summitracing.com/parts/CSP-S1002/
These rockers have 16,000 miles on them. They were installed with new Comp Cams 26918 Beehive Valvesprings, locks, and retainers, GM Performance Lifters, and Comp Cams Pushrods on a Comp Cam XR258 camshaft. The were broken in according to the Harland Sharp instructions with Valvoline Conventional Oil and a bottle of Lucas Engine Break-in Zinc Additive. After Break-in, the oil was changed religiously every 3000 miles with Valvoline VR-1 Racing Oil (includes necessary ZDDP additives for roller rockers). I removed these rockers from the engine about a month ago, rinsed them with fresh motor oil, organized them in egg crates, and wrapped them in a black plastic garbage bag. They are in like-new condition, with no defects, burrs, etc. All of the rollers turn freely. They were installed on CORRECT custom length push rods, and the witness marks on both the pushrod cups and valves were dead center.

These cost $240 new through Summit Racing. I want $175 + shipping for the set. These are some of the best rocker arms on the market. You can't even buy cheap proform ripoffs new for the price I'm asking for these. Rocker arms are some of the hardest worked components in your engine. Don't trust your build to cheaper designs which are very likely to fail within the near future. Go quality, and never look back. I'd be using them myself, but I need a guided tip design for my Vortec heads. My loss is your gain!
Thanks!
