Motor was fresh build with all new parts. Scat crank, rods and speed pro 860cp pistons. 1 piece rear main block full roller motor. Afr 195cnc heads. Motor broke a piston and scratched #6 bore. Needs new pistons and to be bored to .040. Rest of stuff in perfect shape with no affects from broke piston. Block went to machine shop and they can verify all it needs is pistons and to be bored. Spent 5,600 on build and have all reciepts. Willing to part if enough interest. Otherwise carb to pan 2100. Pm for more specs and pictures.

 

What AFR heads?

 

They are 195cnc race ports. They are the version just before the new eliminators. Less then 1k on them since freshen up. Guy I got them from got them brand new and only ran the car about 20 minutes before it lost a camshaft. I had them checked out and freshened up with new valve springs for my roller cam.

 

I am interested, but I would like to know more. Why did a piston break? Did the crank need reground? Is it a steel scat crank? what was the compression ratio? What are the combustion chambers and intake port size? And maybe most important, what is the location? Sending PM too.

What intake and Dizzy does this motor have?

 

IntKe is a weind accelerator and dizzy was a mallory but not for sale anymore. Rest of motor still for sale. Good parts here people. Got block back from machine shop and I'm confident with a new piston it would be fine. Very very very light scratch in #6 cylinder that you can't even feel. $800 for shortblock....

Yes cam is still here. Custom hydro roller from Herbert. 233/242 at .050..540/.555 lift with 1.5 rocker. 109 lsa.

Most of motor is gone. Only thing that's left is the cam and pushrods and intake. Heads are sold.

Yes, mallory 4309 return style. It's what everyone runs in these cars with a Carb. Only 500 miles on it and I bought it new. $65 shipped
