I have a rebuilt 700-R4 4 speed automatic transmission in my camaro. It has 4,000 miles on it since the rebuild and is worth $600. This trans is awesome. It has a shift kit, and shifts great. There is nothing wrong with this transmission. It is still in my Z-28, i can take you for a ride, to prove how awesome it is. I'm looking to trade this for a T-5 transmission (preferably world class) 5 speed. This would be a complete trade, including pedals, flywheel, chevy bellhousing, clutch, slave cylinder, and shifter. Must be a decent manual trans. My trans comes with everything needed to put it in. Trans cooler, B&M shifter, cable, speedo cable, linkage, brand new torque converter, inspection cover, flexplate (pre 86 2-piece RMS), and starter. The only reason I would take this out of my car, would be to replace it for a manual. T56 would be great, but im not expecting any miracles lol. i also have a 2.8 v6 with a 200-r4 if anybody is interested, REAL CHEAP
