Also will this work with factory serpentine setup?

 

Yes will work with tpi but no on serpentine.. As you can see the crank pulley has the 12 rib belt in the middle and then vbelts front and back. The tpi bracket is not as strong and stout as this one is. Might have to relocate alternator to passenger side if it's not already I think.
