What brackets are needed for this head unit? Will it fit the same brackets as an S Trim?

The bracket/bolt pattern on the blower is the same, but the blower is 3+ inches wider than an S so it might crash into the shock tower. I don't have any fbody brackets to know for sure.

Is this fora carbed car?

It's a centrifugal blower. EFI, blow through carb, whatever. You would need brackets, pulleys, oil drain, oil feed, and a stout enough motor. This is a big boy blower, 900+ hp builds.
