Does not include the ribbon cable(I never used it anyway). You will need software for this device and probably a ZIF adapter and chips. The chip I've included has bent pins, so I won't guarantee that it will work, but chips are cheap($5).

Yes works like new. I've never had any problems with it. I sold my camaro so I have no use for it anymore.
