It's all boxed up right now, and has not been assembled but all the pieces are there, as for the c4 question yes but not without modification to either the hood itself or the throttle body mounting surface. C4 hood is sloped stealthram is flat, so just the top front of the th will not clear without modification. Plenty of threads about this with searches

 

I can pull it out tomorrow and update the thread with all the pics

 

Stealth ram won't fit under a stock c4 hood.

 

It actually will if your willing to modify the throttle body

 

Or mill the lower intake.
