I recently upgraded to a QTP 3 1/2'' cutout, so this 3'' cutout is no longer needed. The motor and wiring are brand new, never used. I use my own boost operated cylinder, so I had no use for the motor. There is a 3'' V band flange welded to the end of the cutout, which can be used or cut off. The three bolts are tack welded to the flange for ease of install and removal.
