Long shot, but do you have an ecm / prom for sale? I'm specifically looking for one from an 89 firebird with a 350.

 

Those are A. I. R (Air Injection Reaction) tubes, on the exhaust manifolds. Using the air pump, the tubes inject filtered , ambient air in front of the exhaust port, to reduce emissions, as the combustion products, leave the cylinder. Not EGR. EGR adds exhaust gases into the combustion chamber, to reduce emissions, particularly NOX.

Not to criticize, but I often see others confuse AIR and EGR.
