Hello, I am looking for a quialified mechanic to remove my current engine and swap in my new 350, headers, exhaust system, and belt accessories. I have been quoted around $400 for this project, and would like to see if there was anyone in the St. Louis area willing to undertake this project. All that is left to do is pull out the old 305 with the factory headers, remove the serpentine assembly, and put the new stuff in. If anyone is interested, let me know.

WOW $400 is a SCREAMIN' deal!!! That job pays at least 12 hours flat rate! You should be kicking down the door of whoever gave you that quote to kiss his or her's *** instaed of wasting your time on the internet.. You are not going to find a better deal than $400 and if you do you might regret it in the future.

 

ill do it for 350. But youll have to drive it to NY

 

yeah I have spent 3 days off and on swapping my engine/trans assembly.
If I woulda had $400 I would paid that person to do it.
