I'm looking for what I think is called a Speedometer Transducer or maybe Cruise Control Transducer. What it is is the part that the speedometer cables attach to. The upper cable goes from the transducer to the speedometer, the lower goes from the trans to the transducer. You can find this part on a carbureted early to mid 80's manual transmission car. It's yellow? I believe mine is black. Can you send me a pic of it so I can verify that it is the right thing? If it is I'll definitely take it.

 

What you are talking about is a connector that goes under the dash. The part I need is under the hood towards the front driver side of the car just behind the evap canister. The speedo cables attach to it, not wires. Thanks though.
