Hey guys. My 700R4 took a dump on Sunday, and I see this as the perfect time to swap to a manual.

I would like to buy the whole setup- tranny, clutch and accessories, etc. I have an 88 with a carbed pre-87 350.

I'm in central New Jersey. I'll drive a few hours to pick it up, but nothing crazy.

Also, if you've done the swap before and feel like making a few hundred bucks as well, I'll even pay you to do it. Don't get me wrong, I can do it, but if I can save myself a weekend on my back, its worth it to me.

So, sell me a tranny!

 

Also, anybody can have my 700R4 for free if they want it. Maybe you can use it as a platform to build up a good one?

 

i have a complete t5 set up out of a 84 trans am the bell houseing trans b and m shifter fly wheel clutch petals trans cross member and hydralics for 600 obo im not sure of the condition of the trans when i got the car the motor was all appart just the band m shifter alone goes for 125 used

 

hey i'm selling my 89 t-5 transmission with the clutch pedals and the ceterforce dualfriction clutch kit for 500 bucks. the trans shifts good just got the 5th gear re-done. the reason why i had a bad gear was that i bot it from the junk yard and had it checked out by a trans repair guy. he said / showed me the gears and pointed to the fifth gear is the only thing bad on it.
