WTB: SBC 305
Needing a good 305 for my RS, must be in the St Louis to Springfield IL area. I wonder all the 305s that are pulled for 350s disappear to, are they all worn out?

nope, not worn out, people just scrap them and they get melted down....I've got one hanging around. but I'm in ohio...

There's a guy on ebay right now selling a 305 rebuilt, cheap. I don't remember how close he would be to you. Do a search.

I've been looking for a 350 on ebay the last couple days...I've seen a couple good 305s on there.

Sorry about the delay in answering Intruder, have had other stuff going on lately. What year is it and what kind of oil pressure does it hold? Does it use any oil?
