I have the clamshell styll ones from 700r4s, I dont think they are the same though....

thanks anyway but the T-5 is a different mount. If you see anyone that does have the mounts for a t-5.... any help is much appreciated.

Which way do the outer end pieces face...towards the trans (inwards) or outwards? I have the mount that goes towards the trans. You'll need rubber or poly. This is just the shells. When you go to a parts store and ask for a new mount, you only get the rubber.
